Horses for the Handicapped
Two summers ago I committed to be a counselor for a camp called Horses for the Handicapped for community service. Out of all the the community service hours I have received by far these were the most life changing for not just me, but for the kids I counseled. It made me really realize that even the smallest things someone can do can affect someone in the biggest ways. To see these kids show up ready for camp and have the biggest smiles on their face really made me happy because what it seemed like is that they weren't just happy to be there they were happy to see me.
